From the Well is a neighborhood bakery and market rooted in craft, seasonality, and story. Since opening on the last day of 2025, we’ve been steadily growing — refining our systems, deepening our offerings, and shaping the long-term vision for what this space can be.
We’re in an active growth stage and looking for people who are excited to build alongside us. Bread Bakers & Pastry Bakers
Our bakery program centers on naturally leavened breads and small-batch pastries made from scratch. The work is process-oriented, physical, and precise. Early mornings and weekends are part of the rhythm.
This role is a good fit for someone who:
Has professional baking or pastry experience
Understands fermentation, timing, and repetition as craft
Cares deeply about consistency and execution
Works cleanly, calmly, and collaboratively
Is interested in growing alongside a developing program
Front of House Team
FOH From the Well is hospitality-forward and knowledge-driven. This role goes well beyond transactions, it’s about stewarding the guest experience and the story behind what we offer. The work is fast-paced and requires curiosity, focus, and a high level of follow-through.
Our FOH team is expected to engage thoughtfully with:
Our bread and bakery program
Coffee and wine offerings
Small-batch, one-of-a-kind goods from independent makers
