Apéro is the French tradition of slowing down before dinner with a glass of wine, a few simple bites, and good company. Each Thursday from 3–7pm, we open the doors for a rotating selection of wines and small plates meant for lingering, sharing, and easing into the evening. Come for one glass or stay awhile.
Apéro September 17: Union Sacré
This week, we’re featuring Union Sacré, a Paso Robles winery inspired by the wines of Alsace and rooted in California’s Central Coast. We’ll pour three bright, expressive wines:
Edelzwicker White Blend
Orange Riesling “Kick”
Carbonic Sangiovese.
