There’s a certain kind of Thursday afternoon that deserves its own ritual. The workday is winding down, dinner can wait a little longer, and the best conversations are just beginning. Apéro is our invitation to settle into those in-between hours.
Each Thursday from 3–7 PM, we gather around the table with wine, beer, and a rotating menu of seasonal bites. Some come for a quick glass before heading home. Others stay a little longer, sharing plates, catching up with friends, and running into familiar faces from around the neighborhood.
Like everything at From the Well, Apéro is less about the menu and more about the moment. It's a chance to slow down, enjoy what's in front of you, and linger a little longer than you planned. Join us Thursdays from 3–7 PM.

This week we're pouring wines from Jumbo Time, a California producer making vibrant, low-intervention wines that are meant to be shared without overthinking them. Each pour is made for warm evenings, picnic tables, and easy conversation. They're expressive, playful, and approachable. Proof that thoughtfully made wine can still be relaxed and fun.
